I'm a recovered binge eating, yo-yo dieting, "nothing-ever-works-for-me" skeptic! Do I have to follow a meal plan?

Absolutely not. We teach how to find balance with food through a series of mental strategies to rewire the impulsive tendencies that lead to overeating and binge eating. We teach you how to listen to your body's natural hunger, fullness, and satiety cues and eat in a way that honors them. The end goal is to transition into intuitive eating without backsliding into unhealthy habits.

Can I purchase this now and start later?

We recommend that you get started right away on the course work. The modules, video/audio trainings, and downloadable integration homework are available to you immediately. The coaching calls and community will become available and we will start the cohort February 5, 2024.

Who is not a good fit for The Food Freedom Online Program?

While we truly believe the Food Freedom Online Program is one of the best places on the planet to tackle the challenges with binge and emotional overeating, we are not a good fit for everyone nor are we medical or mental health professionals.

We are not a good fit: If you’re seeking therapy, which tends to be more past and present focused, instead of coaching, which is more future focused / goal oriented. You’ve been diagnosed with an eating disorder - the FFOP is not a substitution for medical or mental health treatment. You’ve been diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia - the FFOP focuses on the binge and emotional overeating behaviors. 

Jessi has her coaching certification through the Institute For The Psychology of Eating. She is not a medical or mental health professional and none of her teachings should be perceived as medical or mental health advice. This is an educational course.

What if I can't make the live calls?

No, given the digital nature of this course refunds are not offered. Once you purchase, you have instant access to all course materials. If you're on the payment plan option and default on a payment, your access will be paused until your payment is resolved.

No, you'll receive 4 months access to the online course platform (videos/audios), 4 months access to the coaching & community features (starting Feb 2024) and the ability to download and keep your comprehensive Food Freedom Workbook PDF for life. 

That's absolutely no problem. All coaching calls and workshops are recorded for those unable to attend live. 

I'm busy! How much time does this take?

We use an approach known as 'minimum effective dose' - we give you everything you need and none of the busy work as we know most individuals are busy! We recommend 1 session a day, 5x weekly which would equate to about 25 minutes per day and 125 minutes per week.

Will this help me lose weight?

This is not a weight loss course, although we celebrate full body autonomy! This course focuses on learning to reconnect with your body, while gaining skills to become an intuitive eater free from binge, emotional, and overeating..
